Purpose
We combine biology, engineering, and process control to turn organic residues into safe, high-value outputs. Our ambition is global deployment with local partnerships — not a one-off pilot.

Bio Cycle Labs — Insects division
A concise investment brief for high-density BSF biomass, deep processing (protein, fat, chitin), and probiotic fertilisers — aligned with Bio Cycle Labs’ mission for sustainable agriculture and antibiotic-free supply chains.
Insects are a practical lever for soil health and planetary balance. We work to restore natural nutrient cycles while scaling industrial insect biomass with discipline and traceable quality — for feed, food, and bio-based materials.

We combine biology, engineering, and process control to turn organic residues into safe, high-value outputs. Our ambition is global deployment with local partnerships — not a one-off pilot.
We cover the full chain: organic substrate preparation and safety, reproduction & genetics, grow-out, harvesting, and deep processing of insects and co-products.
Target production density up to 5 tonnes of larval biomass per m² per year under industrial operating conditions — a benchmark class we position at the top of the field.
Illustrative benchmarks (literature & industry): Indonesia ~380 kg/m²·y; automated European facilities ~1.5 t/m²·y; vertical insect farms ~3 t/m²·y. Figures depend on species, diet, climate, and accounting method.
Illustrative peer references; BCL target shown for comparison.

Egg-laying performance on the order of 30 g eggs per m³ of rearing volume (operating target).
Reference ranges: Indonesian open models ~2.5 g/m³; EU automated lines often ~7–15 g/m³. Conversion note: ~3 g eggs ≈ 100k eggs; larvae ~0.175 g each at harvest — use for planning, not a substitute for on-site calibration.
EU range shown as mid-point of 7–15 g/m³; calibration required on site.
Organic input is fully routed: insect meal pathways, and gentle fractionation to recover chitin, fat, and protein without destructive heat where cold-chain quality is required for nutrition and pharmaceutical grades. Residual frass is refined into probiotic-oriented fertilisers for soil and plant health.
Protein and lipid profiles are matched to market specifications under HACCP and GMP principles, with controls at substrate, rearing, harvest, and processing steps.

Return the planet to insects — with you, with BCL
Insect protein systems can dramatically lower greenhouse-gas intensity compared with many conventional animal-protein pathways (order-of-magnitude gains are reported in comparative LCAs; exact ratios depend on system boundaries).
A new standard: antibiotic-free feed and food ingredients — achievable when production is designed around insects and clean substrates.
The larva is treated as an agricultural production unit: full responsibility for breeding, grow-out, biosafety, and processing.
Feed and waste normalisation: organic input governs the safety and quality of every downstream product.
Distributed deployment: insect production where organic waste exists — including mobile processing to shorten logistics and improve economics.
Insects support ecosystem balance and biodiversity when managed responsibly; we allocate part of profits to habitat and ecosystem restoration alongside core operations.

Indicative models for diligence — final economics subject to legal, tax, and technical review.
